Information we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, order details and payment confirmation. We use this information to fulfil your order, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud and maintain business records.

Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe on its hosted checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code. Stripe processes payment and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy policy.

Who receives your information
Our hosting provider stores the shop and its order records. Stripe processes payments, Australia Post receives the details needed to deliver your parcel, and our email provider delivers order notifications to the shop owner. These service providers may process information outside Australia.

Cookies
We use essential session cookies to keep your shopping bag and secure owner login working. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies in this shop.

Retention and requests
We keep order records as needed for fulfilment, support, accounting and applicable legal obligations. Contact us to ask about access to or correction of your personal information, deletion where permitted, or a privacy concern. We do not sell your personal information.
