Each listing describes the specific item, including its size, condition and any disclosed wear. Please read the description and look at every photo before buying.

Change of mind
We do not offer change-of-mind returns on underwear, socks or other intimate items for hygiene reasons. This includes a change of mind about fit where the size was correctly described.

If something is wrong
If an item is faulty, materially different from its description, or the wrong item arrives, contact us with your order number and details of the problem. We will work with you on an appropriate remedy and provide return instructions where needed. Do not post a return before contacting me.

Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees may apply to second-hand goods, taking their age, price, condition and disclosed defects into account. Where legally required, we will provide a refund, replacement or other appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs.
