Shipping

Australia delivery
Shipping is a flat $10 AUD per order sent via Australia Post. Delivery to other countries vary, please contact me at hello@britdownunderwears.com to enquire for your location.

Dispatch
Once payment of an order is confirmed your item will be dispatched the next working day providing the item is listed as ready to ship. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays in Queensland. Dispatch is the day your parcel is handed to Australia Post; delivery time depends on its destination and the postal service.

Address details
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately with your order number. We may be unable to change an address after dispatch.

Delivery problems
Contact us if your parcel is delayed, damaged or missing so we can help investigate with our delivery agent.

Coming soon listings
Listings marked Coming soon are paid for at checkout to reserve them and dispatched when ready. If an order contains both available and Coming soon items, it will be dispatched together when everything is ready unless we arrange otherwise with you.
